Please note: This returns policy is only applicable to consumer sales through our website www.fisiocrem.co.nz and does not apply to practitioner wholesale orders.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returns must be new and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process: 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@fisiocrem.co.nz with your receipt or proof of purchase. After our team approve your return, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless your item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
